I've been there twice and both times I've hated it. Other Great clips locations have never been as bad as Syracuse. I have left both times with a hair cut I hate. They asked if the length was good, I had said yes but they proceeded to cut. I asked for an inch and a half off and I got 3 inches, it's was to short for my liking. I don't even dare take a picture of my hair it's way to embarrassing to show. I wish I spoke up but I hate confrontation and just wanted to get out of there.

It has been a while since I got my hair cut and I was super nervous. The staff at this store was amazing and did an awesome job. Chris cut my hair super cute. I will definitely be taking my business to them from here on out. Sunday though is busier then you would think, so check in online to get a spot.

Got three boys haircuts. Was happy with the cuts, but the chairs in the lobby were covered in hair so we didn’t want to sit and they charged adult prices when only one was over 10. Not sure if I will return with the prices charged.

My son and I enjoyed the costumer service ; they took us in right away since their system was not working right. They expressed how the online system was creating down time they didn’t want or need. This hair cut was fifteen dollars. Well worth it!
