I’m going to add to the other bad reviews. Hardest pharmacy to get a hold of, I never get notified of changes with pickup times, they are not prompt, and they just don’t seem like the customer is the priority. Even when I go in store, I’m often not greeted and no one working seems happy to be there. I have a prescription that I picked up a month ago and verified that I’d have my next one in a month. They said yes. I haven’t heard anything so today I called and they said it would be ready to refill in another month (that would be two months out). So I had them refill it like they originally said they would. I was told it would be ready to pickup by 4pm and I’d receive a text when it was ready. It’s now 4:00 and I’m sitting on hold to see if it’s ready to pickup and have been waiting for someone to help me for over 30 minutes. I could’ve gone there and come home three times during this phone call but was trying to save myself time in case it’s not ready yet. Super unimpressed and ready to switch pharmacies. So ridiculous!

I have completely had it with this JOKE of a pharmacy!! They continually mess up my Insulin prescription and can not even seem to figure out how to bill correctly for it even though they assure me over and over that they have resolved the issues that was on their end and added notes so that I don't continually have to deal with their mess ups, but NOPE. I have never once went to this pharmacy to refill my medications and left with all if them because of some issues on their end which results in making multiple trips. Now they have started doing covid testing in the drive through (that is suppose to be for prescription refills) and each car takes on average 30 minutes as they wait at the drive through window for results so if you are disabled and going in the store is hard and you need to use the drive through GOOD LUCK you will be waiting forever because once you are in line you are stuck!! Avoid this Pharmacy at all cost!!

Wow this was a ridiculous experience. We scheduled a Covid test for 2 adults. We arrived at our apt time (1pm) with many cars sitting in line. We waited and got to the window to see they put their security window down. We read their signage about the lunch time on the window 1:30-2 and we decided to wait in the drive through. We where then told over the intercom to leave and that no one is allowed in the drive thru during that lunch time. What is unreasonable is not having proper signage at the beginning of the line about the lunch protocol. Having cars land locked and no proper signage is a waste of others time and isn’t courteous. 11 minutes to test was an hour and 15 minutes of our wasted time.

Went for a flu shot. Me and my wife both had appointments. We got there and the workers were lazy and were just on their phones and said “we’ll be with you in a moment”. The guy finally came over after about 5 minutes and told us they don’t do flu shots there and that they ran out of shots, even though we both had scheduled appointments. He told us to go to Target CVS and they’d do it. We went to the Target CVS and the lady said that the Syracuse location has been sending everyone there solely because they are lazy don’t want to do flu shots. She said that they have everything to do flu shots at Syracuse but just because they don’t want to, they make them go to Target. No one even goes to this CVS anyway, so there’s no reason they should send people elsewhere for flu shots. Must be a great job if you can just play on your phone the entire time haha
