This dominos has great pizza but their downfall is the fact that they usually don’t have a delivery driver so don’t count on them having a driver available. The employees are always friendly and very welcoming so it’s worth driving to their store for curbside pickup.

I called the Layton dominos originally to order some dinner for a friend and his family. About 40 minutes after I ordered I get a call from a dominos in Syracuse who says that my order had to be transferred because my friend lived out of their delivery area. We placed the order with the Syracuse store and was told it would be delivered within about 40 minutes. After over an hour I text my friend and asked him if he had received his pizza and he informed me no. I called the store and they said that it was delivered to another house. They said they would remake my order and have it there within 30 minutes. After more than an hour my friend finally received his pizza. Pretty poor customer service when it takes almost 3 hours for a delivery. I realize that everyone is having trouble hiring people but when you can’t even keep your customers informed of what’s happening.

We waited 10 minutes after the pizza said it was ready for them to bring it out to our car and finally just went in and got it. It was just sitting on the counter. So frustrating. We also got chicken wings and received a burnt gross looking dish. Not worth our money at all. The picture is of the supposed “12 wings” very very disappointed.

Every time I order a pizza from here they accept the order, start making it, bake it, and then cancel the order at the point where they are supposed to be delivering it. I love their pizza but am so disappointed with them as a store and honestly a company. I get being shortstaffed and could pick it up if needed but they don't even contact me I just get an email some twenty minutes after its supposed to already be delivered saying they canceled it. Absolutely zero customer service.

Because they first are hiring teenagers who haven't been taught how to follow directions. Second the so called adults are not any better, most have not taken advantage of the opportunity to learn to rise above the minimum standards in public education
