They are always professional. Moises lent us his personal vehicle while our vehicle was at Big O. We only had one vehicle and he went above and beyond. Car had to go in another day as well and they gave us another car to drive. I would recommend Big O and Moises to any and everyone.

They told us it would be 30 minutes to get our truck in for new tires. But 2.5 hours later for 4 new tires is way to dang long. Also need to make sure the coffee is checked on for creamer and sugar. Just seemed way to long for tire change over after they told us 30 minutes.

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience at another Big-O Tire location, which I vowed to never go back. I needed to get an alignment done and the Layton location was able to get me in right away. Moises, Matthew and Ian were great to work with, so much that I ended up buying tires from them as well. Highly recommend these guys!
