Had a great experience at Jed's treads. I had put a hole in a bobcat skidsteer tire, took it to Big O in kaysville. The employee there who looked like a recent convict pulled out the plug that I had successfully put in and then unsuccessfully tried to replace it. I had asked for it to be patched, not plugged so I genuinely cannot comprehend why he chose to do that. They told me it couldn't be fixed, so I retrieved the tire, took it over to Jed's and they took it apart and patched it from the inside like I had requested and then refused to charge me any money. Obviously I gave them something for lunch, but I had a great experience here. Thanks to you guys

You should call the company not ask the customers
Better to call and ask. My experience with them has always been that if they can't do it, they will refer you to someone they would use. I have found some great companies that they have referred me to. These guys take care of you. Won't go anywhere else.
