Typically, we start with a detailed evaluation to determine what's needed to correct the main problem and also nsure there aren't other problems that might impact your decision to proceed with a repair. We test all the main components of your computer, and in the case of physical damage will even take it apart to determine what parts might be needed. That phase of work can take up to two days. If parts need to ship to us, they can take anywhere from two to five days to arrive at our office. The remaining work typically takes up to three days, and includes things like virus scans and making sure your computer is 100% up to date and working correctly.
