LIARS. My partner visited this urgent care due to a pilonidal cyst. The doctor was incredibly rude and dismissive regarding the pain he was experiencing and the severity of the situation. The doctor made and incision that wasn’t deep enough, and told him the cyst had “solidified” and needed to be removed by a proper surgeon. He was given low pain meds and weak antibiotics and sent on his way. Within 24 hours we were at OHSU emergency room because his pain was unbearable. The doctors there told him the cyst had abscessed and was severely infected and it needed to be drained. They denounced peace health urgent care and were shocked at their incompetence. However, peace health is now claiming that they DID in fact drain my partner’s abscess and are demanding the bill be paid. They are LIARS. Do not come here unless you want improper, unprofessional, dangerous “medical care” and have to deal with these absolute liars and sad excuses for medical professionals.

Horrible, horrible wait times. Was told maybe 90 mins now going on 2 1/2 hours. Not enough doctors on staff. Terrible customer service. This place really, really needs to get its act together. Not exactly “urgent care” when you’re made to wait this long. The healthcare system is such a joke. They capture you because you have no other options then can just make you wait as long as they want to. Will not ever be coming back to this location. Treating each person in a loving and caring way? What a joke.

Arrived at 10:30 with a two hour wait time that ended up being FIVE HOURS! They kept telling me I would be seen soon but nope. I get it sometimes you gotta wait but at least be honest with people about the wait times. absolutely horrible communication. If you want to be seen in a reasonable amount of time go literally anywhere else. 5 stars for the nurse and x ray tech! Everyone else should find a new profession. And when I suggested to the person checking me out that it would be nice if the receptionists were a little more honest about wait times. she completely ignored me. I feel 10x worse than when I walked in.
