Super interesting, a little spooky. Make sure you have torches/flash lights or head lamps. A cellphone light is not that effective. Really cool and interesting colors and patterns on the ceilings. The further on you go the more you'll be crawling and get dirty. We found 3 different caves to go in.

Be prepared to climb down rocks to drop into the cave. We had little kids with us... so not as easy. Adults... no problem! Bring a flashlight! Beware of the bats!!

Best lava tube cave I have been in. This is my 7th lava tube cave I have explored. It is a great place to see as I am serving a mission for the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints

Beautiful place, google tries to send you through private property but the land owners were nice enough to leave detailed instructions on how to get there. Went after a rainy night and the dirt and gravel were still good enough to drive through.

Questions & Answers

They should look into having a guide helping tourists knowing what’s in the cave and where to go and for safety reasons etc. To help tourists feel comfortable, have a confident guide guide them. So that people don’t get lost or confused or hurt.

They'll probably just lock up the caves year round to protect the bat habitat before they do anything too fancy.
