Checked in earlier today, came in around 11PM and stopped at the bathroom while waiting for the elevator, desk attendant stopped us and ask for our key card even thought we obviously already had one since you need one to scan for the elevator. Coming from Country Fan Fest on a late Saturday night ready for bed after a long day I did not appreciate the lack of respect due to my young age (24) especially after paying DOUBLE the price of the normal Holiday Inn Tooele average cost. Kindness & faith in humanity is key. Employees should understand this.

Really 4.5☆ Everything was perfectly adequate for our multigenerational meet-up trip. Service was excellent except for a mix-up at check-in where we were not notified that the current policy (for June 2022) is that housekeeping services need to be requested. This rule should be changing soon, but the current environment is low staff and the fact that Covid rules require consent and guests can not enter the room during cleaning. Anyway, Laura (the extremely hard-working manager) was great about rectifying the situation and super-apologetic. Other than that, they were so so understanding about our various family members coming to meet up in the lobby and the breakfast was a blessing for us to not have to force our family from three different time zones to rush out the door in the morning for food.

Wonderful motel in every way. I especially liked that they had businesses within a few blocks, so I could go have dinner nearby. The beautiful nature scenery around this motel made my stay even better. This town is so nice.

D Vegas

This was my first visit to the area and we already had a Holiday Inn account, so we decided on this hotel. It is in the center of town and near the services and businesses I needed. Plus, it was easy to get to for friends who were picking me up. I really like the covered entrance so my friends can park for a moment while they wait for me or drop me off. Online check in was easy so when I came to the desk, all I needed was my room keys. Of course I accepted the free cookie too! My room was clean, well stocked, and comfy. It's pretty quiet and I could sleep well. The bed and pillow was soft, yet still supportive. I'm picky about beds and this one I really liked and I'm laying in it now typing the review. Breakfast was hot and included eggs, sausage (turkey and pork), oatmeal, and lots of drink and other snack choices, like OJ, coffee and yogurt. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back when I'm in Tooele again.
