It was a basic room. The shower head did not work, the seal had broken and water just dribbled. The room did include a fridge and microwave, but they were blocking part of one if the beds and were placed in a way that would have made me nervous had we had children with us. The staff was kind and efficient. The pool was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was well stocked. Located on the Utah side, near the border.

Upon check in I requested and given the ok for late check out (12:00 pm instead of 11:00 am). At 10:15 am the next morning I sitting on the bed (half dressed) and heard the door open. As my dog ran barking to it I called out "hello". I hear someone say sorry and the door close. When I talked to lady at the front desk she said she spoke to the one who opened the door and she was sorry but then also said that I wasn't undressed and that my door was locked from the inside both of which were not true. The front desk refused to provide the manager or owners contact information, or any kind of refund (I suggested a partial refund) or a free nights stay. They basically blamed me for what happened saying they knew I was going to be a problem because of my conversation with the front desk staff (different lady) about their service dog policy when I checked in. I called police and filed a report and will be pursuing further action. The room itself was clean, and believe fairly priced And a good value. My problem with this place is the front desk staff. No understanding or empathy for me feeling embarrassed and violated and their willingness to lie. I will not stay here ever again.

Not new. Not bad. I think we got the last room so it wasn't perfect. The sink plug was broken and stuck shut. Our room door jammed when you tried to close it. But the beds and room were clean and comfortable

Because it is dirty, dingy and downright SCARY! We made reservations on the road as we drove. We were told we had to pay EXTRA for a non smoking room. When we got there to check in we were told only smoking rooms available and handed a can of Febreeze! We went to the room and it was so dirty and smelly and gross, we walked right back to the lobby and demanded our money back! The staff is rude, tried to say it is our responsibility for booking online. This place is scary and dangerous! Zeros stars and will never ever give this place a second chance!
