I cannot express my gratitude to the amazing RNs and other staff that cared for my daughter after having a seizure. Everyone was so great, kind and professional. They made us aware of the wait, as we came in very early in the morning (2am) and made sure we were comfortable.They checked in with me and cared for my daughter with such kindness, I truly cannot thank you all enough.

I was in the ER department today and the PA at the 7:30 pm shift on July 15, 2022 and ask a PA to help me pick up a chair to put in a area to prevent a TN attack in my face from a high powered fan. She though arguing with me about why I wanted her to do was more important then preventing an ER with my face. The reason why I came to the ER was from chest pain and etc. Who does this rude and uncompassionate person think she is? The PA gives the profession a bad name. Extremely impolite and careless front desk lady nurse. We had our baby here because of a wrist injury, we are here from 2 hours and when asked nurse told that we should wait for another 2 hours or we can leave if we are in hurry. This was at 11pm. Thankfully another male nurse spoke to us and gave us some guidance.

Thank you to all the nurses, doctors and staff that made sure my son had the best care last night. Marion was so kind at check in. Doctors Kevin and Doctors Cook were amazing as well as the RN’s. The doctor hadn’t eaten in 10 hours because of the volume of people in need and shared her dinner with one of her patients in need. Everyone was Amazing. Thank you
