I called Bob needing a quick computer diagnosis and repair. He helped over the phone and said come on in. The shop is in a residential neighborhood, easy to get to, and with street parking. No hassle. The shop is well-equipped with lots of machines running and multiple monitors on most of them. He seems loaded for bear! Bob diagnosed while I waited and gave me various options. He did not try to sell me or upsell me, which I appreciated. I ordered a large SSD from Amazon and had it delivered directly to him. The computer was ready the next day with a fresh Windows install, reconfigured hard drives, etc. He also patiently explained to me how he was setting up the old SSD to handle the page file. The cost was very reasonable. Later, he helped me diagnose another computer remotely -- no charge! I'll definitely be back. ICU Computer Services is now my go-to shop in Riverside, California. Highly recommended!
