I visited the Eugene location by valley river center and the staff there are amazing. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist but everyone there made me feel so comfortable and so valued. Francis is a hygienist there and he is incredible. He understood my anxiety issues and did everything possible to make me feel better about the whole thing. He has the warmest and kindest personality and truly cares about the patients. I will always be coming back to them from now on and will forever be grateful for how comfortable they make me feel during my appointments. Thank again Francis and the entire team. You’re all amazing

My hygienist Francis and his crew were super friendly and got me the urgent help I needed! In March I tried setting an appointment at Gentle Dental and they said the earliest I can have an appointment would be June, I set an appointment with Aspen Dental at midnight and hardly waited two days. Hands down best customer service

My permanent retainer broke and Aspen dental got me in faster than I could get in anywhere else. Great team oriented environment, friendly and professional. Special thank you to Frances, lead hygienist, for making sure I was fully educated on the process and comfortable throughout. I was treated with respect and dignity from the moment I walked in. Every staff member went above and beyond every interaction I had which really helped calm my nerves. So grateful for this team and getting my gum and teeth health back on track!

Overall a decent experience. Everyone who saw me, dentist, hygienist, and assistants were fine. Dental work is not cheap and I was a bit taken aback by pricing ! All in all no issues. They seem to run a pretty tight ship. I have a few more appointments.
