I’m giving a star because well it went from a full service center to a wash only. I’m going to be cancelling my membership because there are no vacuums or towels to wipe off my car and I was paying to have it vacuumed so why bother going there now I can go up the street for less and at least get a vacuum. I didn’t have a lot of problems before but I expect with the lack of service this site will close shortly which is sad because I thought the people they had working there did a decent job.

The worst customer service! I had to update my credit card info and it has taken several people and several days to get a hold of someone (still haven’t got a hold of anyone) They always do a subpar job when cleaning my car. I hate that they won’t let me vacuum my own car. Go to Gorilla Wash, soooo much better.

One of the worst car washes I’ve had in salt lake. Had a great experience at their other locations. Going to cancel my membership and go elsewhere.

Just left mister carwash. I spent $20 buying the platinum exterior carwash (their "best" exterior wash) and it didn't get any of the dirt here. I have dirty water dripping down most of my car still. The $8 carwash at the gas station does a much better job and leaves my car dryer so there aren't water streaks on my car 5 minutes after washing my car. My car just had regular dirt and snow slush on it from driving in the winter. No extra mud build up or anything, so I'm very frustrated it didn't get it very clean at all.
