Electrical service to my house has been very reliable and consistent. Everybody I’ve dealt with at SUB has been very helpful and friendly. Good rates on kWh too. Five stars.

they are heartless monsters whom turned my power off on my 8 yr old son and i so we could freeze last night because they said they didn't wish to wait a two more days to get paid. may God have mercy on people like them.

My bills are usually pretty low with SUB but I will definitely say during this pandemic they have been extremely understanding and very helpful. I have never ran into someone rude or misleading. I have been with them for altogether 6 years.

I understand that crews have been working very hard to restore power but we live one mile from their headquarters. This is day 5 staying in a hotel and we are extremely frustrated with the way things are being handled. I am giving two stars instead of one because the receptionists have been patient with my constant phone calls. I can''t count the amount of times I've called this week. There seems to be a huge disconnect between the receptionists and the actual workers in the field. The receptionists make note of your power outage and this gets sent out to the workers in the field. Two of my tickets were reset by the workers simply because they felt that it was an issue on my end like flipping the breakers. The receptionists informed me the first time that it looks like the ticket got closed because they restored power to that area and it must be an issue on my end. I told them that I could send pictures of the two downed power lines leading to my house if this would help the workers out. I even left my phone number so that they could call and I could show them the downed lines myself. They said they don't take photos and I never received a phone call, they simply closed my ticket a second time. By the third time I made sure the receptionist took down every detail of how to get to my house in hopes that this might get somebody to at least take a look before closing the ticket. Well I'm writing this from the same hotel we've been in all week. They informed me that I could call at anytime day or night to check on updates. I called at six this morning and the person who answered said they would call back with an update. It's now 8:00 and I have yet to get the phone call back that they promised me. I understand that some outer areas should expect to wait this long but I am literally one mile away from them. They could've sent a crew the first time just to check instead of assume that it's from my end, especially since we live so close. They could of allowed me to send them photos so that they could see the downed lines for themselves. They could've simply called me before closing these tickets while my family goes into debt staying at this hotel. Instead nothing continues to happen and we feel powerless in this situation.

Actually a lot of utilities work 4 10s and are closed on Fridays. Some people take jobs just like this one so they can spend time with their families on the weekend. You can always go to a board meeting and voice your opinion.
No, they do not for Biz clients.
When you pay by phone or online you are not paying them directly. They use a third party to process payments and they charge the fee
Yes you can. There should be a phone number on their website.
We got ours back about 10:15
No they actually read them, depends where u are at.
