Terrible sCAMMING policy!! I started a free trial more than a year go and forgot to cancel....they charged me for several months and never adviced me to cancel a product I was not using. BUT EVEN FURHTER! I cancelled my subscription when I noticed some huge paymentes in my card, but even after cancelling THEY CONTINUED CHARGING ME!! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER, THEY ACT LIKE SCAMMERS!! DO NOT USE ADOBE!!

If I could give a Zero stars, I would. This company is such a scam. The same problems occurred in my second attempt to use Adobe. If your problem does not fall within their virtually-created world, you have no way of having it resolved. I was refused service because I was bounced to an e-mail address I don't have. When I selected speaking to a live person, I was refused because no account was shown under my name and e-mail address. It's like a comedy routine from Bud and Costello: Who's on first base? I can't even cancel my subscription because of these problems. Of course, I am being billed.

Visited here to catch up with my friend SriRam. It's a lovely vintage place. They have preserved old wooden pillars and restored the old charm with latest technology. Their pantry was good. Nice place to work situated in heart of SF
