My husband worked at Aerotek for years and had great success. So after being at my previous company for 27 years I decided to apply with Aerotek. My recruiter Moniqa interviewed me and within 3 weeks I had a job. I was met at my job on the first day to make sure everything went smoothly with a Starbucks coffee. Moniqa was careful to align my experience with the company that was looking for someone with my expertise and now 23+ months later I have learned so much at my new job. Aerotek cares about you in the beginning but after a year they don't follow up like they did in the beginning. I think the turnover at Aerotek may have something to do with that.

I had a terrible experience with Aerotek. They offered me a position and continued to post pone contract signing for 3 whole weeks, while assuring me that everything was absolutely fine and I had nothing to worry about. I resigned from my position since I was offered a new one. After 3 weeks I was told the position was no longer available. This happened the first week of December, but my recruiter Rita, said that she would wait until the next year to help me look for a new position. They put me in a terrible financial position, left me out of work, and took zero responsibility. I don't recommend Aerotek.
