Beware the management will steal your rental payments and then you’ll never be able to get anything fixed. You’re not allowed to speak to management, the refuse to have conversations in person or over the phone. They sit in the office and will not let tenants in to speak to them. This is an investment property for an international owner, they have zero intentions of making your home safe and habitable. Constant revolving door of awful mangers and incompetent staff, the new manager can’t even be bothered to answer a phone call. They inspect your house multiple times per year but never resolve any of the glaring health and safety issues. They turn off our water without notifying the tenants so you never know when your water will run. They like to leave you letters about potted plants and patio chairs but can’t be bothered to fix anything in your unit, answer a phone call, or have a conversation with you. They never open the laundry room on time, can’t rely on that at 3 dollars a load. Maintenance closes out work orders without ever addressing the repairs, they promise to fix things and then never return. Took multiple years living here for them to even put up smoke detectors. The electrical work is very wonky so you can’t use more than a couple appliances on certain sides of the walls or it will blow the breakers. They are impossible to get ahold of, refusing to answer or return a phone call, refusing to let you speak to them in person at the office. New managers change the rules of existing rental agreements weekly, and then they aren’t available in the office for you to turn in the excessive amount of requested information or to discuss issues with your ledger or them changing a rental agreement that isn’t allowed to be modified. When you are able to talk to them they make snarky condescending remarks about how often you’ve called or how you’ve tried to get their attention. The complex is very empty, no new tenants move in and old apartments just sit empty for years. They don’t care about old tenants or new. Similar to other postings, we were told not to pay our utilities for years and that we were only responsible for the rental amount on our lease. Years later we are told that the utilities are not included in the rental amount and are additional, thus leaving us with unpaid past due balance and massive confusion as to why we were mislead about the amount owed monthly. They couldn’t even get the right unit number on our lease agreement and we had to have them draft it two more times after finding additional errors. We’ve been promised this to be fixed multiple times with no resolution. All the letters they post contain inaccurate contact information and are riddled with spelling errors. The incorrect contact information is another way they avoid talking to residents or taking accountability. Avoid unless you’re desperate, and even then…good luck getting ahold of anyone, much less someone professional enough to hold a conversation.

Just got off the phone with whoever is in the office at 5pm on April 13th. Tried calling 2 times before I got an answer, they sounded very tired, unamused, cranky, very low monotoned voice. They sounded like they did not want to offer me any information, I asked if any one beds or studios are available they said “nope. sorry we don’t have anything available .. until May” very sluggishly. And I said uh yeah okay May is what I’m looking for, what will you have then? And they told me all of their units will be fully renovated and starting at $1,600. That price is ridiculous & the person on the phone made me want to never try doing business with these people. Very low quality customer service. If you want to sell apartments, you need to have that sales enthusiasm. They sounded like they hated their job.

First moved in the management was great! After a few months the entire staff was replaced by people who don't respond to emails nor calls. I had to get a new key and was told to pick it up at 4:00, they close at 5:00. I get to the office and everyone had left besides the only maintence team member who had actually been kind to us. I put in my notice and never got a reponse. I called multiple times about it and finally almost move out they said they had recieved my notice. Didn't attempt to contact me until two weeks after we moved out asking if we went through with it. Our apartment didn't have too much problems besides the worn out carpet but it didn't bother us too much. I wish they would've done something about it when they did an inspection and noticed all the worn out parts, even mentioned how it needed to be replaced. The laundry room is a pain, they make us use quaters and tell us they have some at the office we can buy off them, a few times they didn't have any which I get it places run out but it started becoming a regularly thing. Neighbros aren't too bad, everyone keeps to themself. If you want cheap rent this place is livable but not a place to stay very long.

It is very frustrating and not a nice place. Everything is old and gross...that goes for the tenants too. Management isn't helpful or efficient, people don't clean up after their animals and the laundry facilities are less than gross. Rent is way too much for what you get at this complex, granted it suited us for our short time but I definitely would NOT recommend this to anyone unless you don't have any other options. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere because this place is going to disappoint you period. I will gladly give more details if anyone is interested in living in these facilities, message me before you do that.

@ Silly Green Fairy Most kids destroy much more than dogs. My dog doesn't draw on the wall.
