Can I just say that their ready made gift baskets have been saving my butt when I am last minute! Always put together so nicely and with a great assortment of goodies! Thanks for still being great! 💪🏽❤️ Update - 10/16/2021 Love kneaders! Been a customer for years! The family did major yard work last night. After a long nights work, I asked them what they wanted. They wanted chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Now, my first instinct is to go to crumble cause it’s so close but when I suggested it, they screamed, “no! Too sweet!” The next places I’d go to is kneaders and go a for small drive. I didn’t mind. I ordered some dessert treats and as always, fabulousness! Reason for the 3 stars is cause 2/3 of kids enjoyed their cookie. 😂 found one half eaten while the other half of the cookie smeared all over the just steamed floor rug. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤨 When I cleaned it up, I realized, it wasn’t chocolate chip. It was oatmeal raisin. Not what I ordered. Still love kneaders but no one likes paying for something they didn’t order.

Nice cafe/bakery, it was my first time there and the staff was very nice and friendly with helping me decide what to get. Although he was very busy, he didn’t make me feel rushed. The sandwich I ordered (Turkey bacon avocado) was amazing!

Kneaders. I'm not a regular. It seems like a higher class deli. The food I received was fresh and individually the ingredients did taste fine, even great. They left out one ingredient though. LOVE. My sandwich was made half-@$$ Take a look for yourself. Plenty of turkey, but where's the cranberries guys? It just shows a lack of care for the products served. The average eater may not care or notice. I'm picky. I notice these things. Go try for yourself, let us know what your thoughts are, please. The salad looks a bit better on their defense. Enjoy! ** UPDATE: Someone reached out, likely a manager, and agreed that I did not get what I paid for, and said see you next time. Ummmm NO. That's not how it's done. Customer- please come back in and we will make your sandwich correctly free of charge!!! That's how you retain customers, not by agreeing that it's subpar! Oye Kneaders, YOU the perfect opportunity to publicly say, Jeff! You spent hard earned money and we agree your sandwich was incorrect, the right amount of sauce means the turkey isn't dry. Come back and let us fix it on us!!! That's customer service, not "yeah that's not right, oh well, come spend more money here!" Ummmmmm.... try again...
