Even though they did not have the parts I needed, they directed me to a store that did, gave me that store's contact information, and even gave me part numbers, all while knowing I wouldn't be purchasing anything from them today. I called them on a Saturday morning looking for a part for my dryer. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock. Without any prompting from me the sales person went through his database and found the part for me at a competitor near my location that had it in stock and was open on Saturday. That is some truly amazing service. I wish Appliance Parts Central had the part I needed because I really would love to have spent my money with them. There are several appliance repair parts stores closer to where I live but Appliance Parts Central will be my first call from now on. It will be worth the extra drive to patronize a business that offers this kind of service. I also appreciate that on their Google maps listing they note that they are LGBTQ+ friendly. While I am not LGBTQ it's very important to me that everyone be treated fairly and equally.
