Waited 45 minutes in line. Woman took my card and then said my order was $25 and change. Told her no, my order was $14 and change and it was only three things. She sticks the card in the slot and charged me anyway. Then went, oh, my bad! And after another ten or so minutes of trying to get her on topic (she was very distracted) she told me she couldn’t process and refund, and all she could do was give me my correct receipt and the receipt showing what I paid for. She then gave me my correct order, which again, almost eleven dollars less than what I was charged for. Told me to come back in the morning. I live an hour away. Receipt on the left is what I ordered, receipt on the right what she charged me for. Apparently the guy in front of me paid for my order. What the heck?

Food and staff were fine, exactly what you’d expect. The location, parking lot, and drive thru are all a bit precarious. Not a lot of space to maneuver my car and leaving was a bit tricky. Plan accordingly.

2/14/2022. I pulled up about 1140pm. 3 cars plus me. 1st car leaves immediately. Next car goes. I pull up to the window and woman tells me no wait. Sure no problem. The whole time she is carrying a conversation with each patron. (Speaker still on Im think cool. She enjoys her job. Then the 3rd car pulls up. This time, it seems like driver knows the workers or something. Conversation still in full blast. 1155pm. Car finally leaves. Still no "sorry for waiting" response. I call out "Hello" remind them still waiting. (Pick truck had pulled up behind some time before) i repeat. "Hello" i still hear movement thru the speaker. "Hello" nothing. Pick up got tired of waiting. Takes off. I drive up to the window home for service. Nothing. I took off. Completely dissatisfied with the lack of service provided and total disregard by the employee working the window in regards to other patrons. Rest assured I will go in person and speak to the general manager.

Great food late at night/am through Uber eats. I ordered two sandwiches and they were ready very quickly in the early am. Good service and the sandwiches were well presented and tasty!
