In California you need insurance and a motorcycle licence M1 to ride a scooter with engine 50cc and up and M2 for 49cc under. You can ride scooter or e-bike with pedals or stand up without a M license if it's a class limited to under 20 mph. Please confirm with your local state low.
We take pre-orders for the Citycom 300. Arrives in the store within 2-3 weeks.
The freeway legal size scooter is 150cc and up. It needs to maintain 65 mph. My recommendation is minimum 200cc and over.
