Honor and integrity are the first two words that come to mind when I think of this gun store. I purchased an item here only to return and it had been marked down by $100.00 the next day. I hadn't even pick up my new purchase I left feeling salty, I can't lie. Only to stop in the next day I mentioned it to the owner she calmly said let me look into that for you when she approached me the next time she touched my arm and said get what you need then come talk to me at the register. Little did I know she gave me a $100.00 dollar store credit I definitely did not expect that 😅 🙃 I'm a lifer now Mrs. Kathy lol when you do right by your customers they will do right by you. I’ve made two trips to Great Guns now and have had a wonderful experience both times. Staff members are very helpful, especially James. James helped me pick out and build a rifle that fit my specific needs. Inventory seems to be good despite all of the stuff going on in the world. Madison was also very friendly and helpful each time I’ve visited the store. This place is LEO friendly and offers blue label. I highly recommend.
