Made an Apt on Monday. Went there on Monday to find out theyre closed. Looked at my apt and found out that it was changed to Friday without me knowing.

Online or call are your best options
To get the real ID, which is what has the star, you need proof of residency, a legal document with your SSN on it, and birth certificate or passport. There's a few other ways but it you email the office, they will send you a checklist for what's required.
