Worst management (toolpushers) I’ve ever seen. If you like to work for micro managed companies this one is for you! Paul Vandemark on Nabors b-13 sure knows how to motivate employees. The best business decision Nabors could make is finding some capable toolpushers to run the rig and not their mouth.

I love working here . Besides the cold or occasional aholes that you may work with from time to time , HR does a good job making sure you are comfortable with your rig. Very good pay & reasonable Hr. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
