Just got home from Culver's. My husband ordered a triple burger, with everything but cheese, and my grandson ordered a deluxe double burger. My husband got a DOUBLE burger WITH cheese and my grandson didn't get cheese or onions on his deluxe burger. We PAID for a triple burger. I spoke to "Linda" who went to her manager about the triple burger being only a double burger and was told because my husband had already eaten most of the burger, they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. She told me I should have gone to the till right away if I realized there was a problem and I told her to look at the line up of people standing waiting to order. She said I should have gone to the other till and then proceeded to tell me how I should have told them what was wrong with my order. I had already been at the other "till" to ask for a cup for water and the guy there didn't speak one word to me but I was expected to go back to the that till and allow this same guy to be rude again to me? The manager would do nothing about it and Linda spoke to me like I was 2 years old. I will never step foot in that place again.

🏃‍♀️There is this awesome employee who hustles when walking to all the double and triple Park cars waiting for their food. 🔥Never been disappointed here it's my first Culver's experience. Definitely one of the best fast food places. I knew that #reviewbrah was right with his #idubbbz list order. 💪Go Culver's team!

Our order for icecream inside store was lost, waited over half an hour. Was given 2 half melted Sundays stuck in a cooler, not even what we ordered. I complained and they refunded our money. They were so busy that people were driving off from outside lane without order. Some of the employees were really doing their best , but others were useless. Still love Culver's!

Excellent food, great service. Dining room tables needed to be wiped off though. My Dad loved the Atlantic Cod sandwich.
