They were incredibly helpful for me to update my passport. It can be an annoying process but they helped me mail all the correct documents and take the exact picture required from the state department.

Poor customer service! I really wish I read the reviews before I decided to wing this place. The lady at the counter was rude and had an attitude in response to questions and interaction. She spelled the name wrong. I paid for 2 days federal express. Recipient has NOT received this package yet. I placed order for delivery February 13. It is now February 21. And no movement from this office to the next place in transit has been confirmed!!

The people that work here are very nice. However, I paid for 2 day shipping (on Monday) because I needed it there within two days (by Wednesday). It’s now been 4 and has been not delivered. When I called to have them cancel and send the order back to me the person on the other side of the phone said they don’t know how to do that and they would need to contact their boss, which was Thursday when I called. I didn’t receive a call back. So I called again today, Friday, and now he is telling me that I won’t receive any help until TOMORROW. Which would put that package at 5 days. I understand that’s out of their control but now I am asking for a refund because services were not complete. I paid for 2 day and that WAS NOT complete and now I want my item back and a refund. But once again now I need to wait an extra day to hear from the boss. Bad customer service. Their are WAY BETTER options to use to mail your things in this area. For example Box Brothers is down the road and they are so much more helpful, and they know what they are doing. Trust me when I say, you can choose a much better place than this one.
