Five times in a row, almost ten steaks made incorrectly. I love this location because your waiters and waitresses are top tier and are so kind- however, your male manger “knows how to run a steak house and that steak is medium rare”. I cannot believe that someone in a position he is in has the stone to tell me how I should like my steak and put a contaminated ( I had used my fork and steak knife while eating other parts of my meal, utensils that were in my mouth ) steak back on the grill where other patrons food was being prepared. Number one wether you agree or disagree with me about the steak it is your job to correct it as a manger, I didn’t ask for money or a discount I asked for a different steak and was very happy to wait while the rest of my table ate their dinner. Number two that’s foul, without asking if I had touched or ate from the steak he cooked it again. Your sister stores in butler and Greensburg are out of my way, I wish I had better experiences here. I’m no way was that steak made according to your warm pink center.

Only complaint I have is that we had to wait a little long for our meal. Understood because of how busy they were. The food came out hot and delicious.

Went with hubby and the kids. Kids decided on the Kraft macaroni and cheese. They loved it. Hubby and I got steak. He had the Ribeye with ribs and I chose the choice sirloin. We were a little disappointed as we ordered medium well and it seemed to come well done. It was a little tough to chew. The loaded sweet potato was good tho, along with this shrimp appetizer they had. We'd go back just for that and the rolls lol! Those rolls are amazing! Our server, Henry, was great as well.
