I ordered two hamburgers and a small fry. I stated my daughter had an allergy to soy when she asked if I wanted cheese on them. I said no. She cannot have cheese because she's allergic to it. Amber is who took the order. The person making it put cheese on it and we did not know. Luckily my daughter checked her burger before she took a bite into it. Both her hamburgers had cheese on them. I called and ask to speak to the manager and turns out person who took the or was the manager. We were already on the freeway. She had complete black of empathy. Just said "It was a mistake what would you like me to do?" Also, the manager didn't wear gloves and used her bare hands grabbed the fries box sticking her fingers over the edge into the box of fries!

Surprisingly good. Decent sized burger that was pretty fresh and enjoyable. Fries were not as crispy and salty as I like. But certainly in the top 2 fast food burgers for me.

Just devoured the 1/3 pound burger & it was great! The staff greeted me nice, the burger was hot & delicious. Hit all my flavor receptors just right. Carl's Jr. does fast food right !

My family went to this establishment so my kid could play with a friend at the play place. Play place was closed without warning. My daughter wanted a milkshake and they were out of ice cream. Drink fountains were closed. The employees looked overwhelmed and confused even though we were the only ones there. We didn't get the sauce that came with our food. We won't be revisiting this business again, I suggest Campus U-Tote-EM for burger and fries.
