On Mother's day I ordered a ice coffee drink. After drinking some i pulled a piece of plastic out of my mouth. I was sharing with my 2yr old son and one of us could have choked or died from this. Not to mention its contamination. I have reached out to corporate and will be posting everywhere. This is absolutely unacceptable. If I can figure out how to post a picture I will add it.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s I stood there for 15 minutes and Didn't have one person ask me if I needed anything. I had an online order and nobody seemed to care to help. They don’t care about customers one bit. The regional manager needs to step in a fix this restaurant. The owner needs to set better standards. We pay for food. You make it. It’s not rocket science…

Serenity Farm

Place was run by a bunch of what seemed to be kids. 10:40pm They were out of all drinks for any meal, and would not reduce there price. Was in the drive lane for 18 minutes. What's up McDonald's

It’s not rocket science. Place gets your order right 25% of the time. May the odds be in your favor ordering at this location. It’s been like this for a year now. Clearly the owner doesn’t care.
