San Ysidro Health Care center is the worst place to work at, their call center from the manager to the representatives there’s nothing but jealousy and envy especially when you know your work and you constantly get compliments from patients and doctors. San Ysidro healthcare doesn’t care about patients especially if patients are on important medications and they need their medications so San Ysidro healthcare delays their medications without regard. San Ysidro healthcare doesn’t care they only want $$$

Went to do a Lab for my kid and the lady was supper mead and disrespectful to my child which suffer from phobia. Instead of de-escalate the situation she was making it worse. Horrible service in laboratories. They should hire young people with more patience, more energy and willing to help people specially with kids.

Worst customer service ever. They don't help you if you walk in. They tell you to make an appointment through the phone; after asking if you have insurance, and when you call, no one answers. What the heck? Why can't you scheduled an appointment online instead of calling and having no one helping you out? We are in the 21st century already. Scheduling appointments ought to be something simple to do. We don't call to schedule appointments for no reason. For 2 weeks I've been calling to schedule one simple appointment and they keep me on hold for over 40 minutes. All I get is their music and a reminder information about the November 3rd elections.... Its frustrating and very disappointing.

Talk to the registration girls there, they can help me

I think I understand what you are asking my friend. You will have to drop your prescription there then they will say. You may also call their pharmacy to check on product availability and they may be able to say if all can be picked up at once. Thank you
