Called today (after getting nobody to answer the phone since March 29th 2022) and someone finally picked up the phone. I was inquiring about a $1200 used instrument only to be rudely put on hold (never asked or told me he would) for 20 minutes: Yes, 20 minutes! At the 20 minute mark another individual (both people who answered the phone had heavy accents for the record) picked up the line to ask me rudely “Who you holding for what’s the problem!?” Wow. After explaining myself again to this employee of the year, I was put on another hold for 10 minutes (total of 30 minute hold) then they hung up on me. Guitar Center lacks basic customer service etiquette: and the employees are clueless to what customer service is. The item I inquired about has been on the site for nearly two months and I can clearly understand why now. These people chase buyers away with low class service!
