Don't order same day pickup. No email received to pick up. Had to call before closing when then then filled the order and told me to pick up. Most unprofessional.

This store sucks it's customer service with the employees is horrible but the attitude the manager Joel has and customer service is exactly why his staff is the way it is. Not once did he ask what the problem was or did he even care or show any concerns of y I was there. We crossed paths about 3 or 4 times as his staff kept asking him what to do and even having my receipt email on my phone they still cheated me out of the price I paid for the shoes. This is exactly why I don't shop here anymore they just got lucky they were a gift. So if u want to pay more for shoes and get treated like dirt for your hard earned money shop here I guess ...

Am mostly a Big 5 $20 sneaker shopper but this store was so fancy! The design really highlights the shoes and exercise clothing. They didn't have my size for any of the shoes I was interested in but the place is so nice I can't fault them for that. One of the nicer shoe stores I've ever been in.
