I called these people needing to talk to someone about getting an order fulfilled for a lab test and I was on the phone for twenty minutes and gave up after realizing there was no way to talk to an actual living person instead of being shunted through automated call after automated call

Kinda had low expectation but their services were amazing. Most of the staffs were kind and helpful. I have met one primary doctor and eye doctor, and both of them were so helpful and good at treating symptoms that I had. Super kind with making follow-up appointments and answered all the questions that I had EDIT: One star. Trash.

I would give it a zero if there is an option. The service is super slow even you book the spot before hand. What the point of having an estimate time if you still have to wait almost an hour. It's expensive. It cost $82 for inject a flu vaccine not the price of vaccine. Some of the staff are nice but some just want to get the job done quit for the day. No detail of the payment was address to you before being treated.
