I ran into a financial bind when a family member passed away so I decided to sell an item of mine and what faster way than a pawn shop.! Right! Although I was skeptical about doing so because I have heard a lot of negative feed back about pawn shops from friends and family. When I arrived, I was clueless as to what to expect since it was my first time pawning anything. I was assisted by Ana who was very knowledge and knew what she was doing. She explained every part of the process and actually was able to get me more than what I had expected. The best part was that I was given enough time with reasonable interest to be able to regain my item once again. She was patient with me while I asked many questions and kindly answered all of them. Upon completing my paperwork, Patricia also assisted me and was also very kind. If I ever need to pawn anything this is definitely the place I’ll come to, no questions asked.
