This is not my first 5 star review for Cesar and his amazing staff. Today, he came through for me in my true hour of desperation and aggravation. After 8 hours dealing with Apple support, I went in and came out with a phone that was fully functional. I am so glad I decided to see if they were open. Such a blessing.
