I can't say enough great things about this place. Dynamix has some of the best instructors and friendliest training partners. You are literally coached by previous UFC fighters. I've done classes in striking, wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu, and all of them have been great. The class sizes are usually about ten people, giving you plenty of one on one interaction with the instructors. Whether you want to compete in Martial Arts of just want to learn self defense, this school is amazing. I recommend this place without reservation!

The best place teaching martial arts I have ever seen. Great coaches (some of them UFC veterans), great students and respectful atmosphere. Every class is full of learning, but it is safe and not crazy like at some other places with absolutely meaningless drills. The fact that the attendants of this school successfully compete on a state and national level speaks for itself.
