A jail like rules place . So many ridiculous rules that don’t make sense. I came with my almost 2 years old daughter and went to soft cubes pit area , the moment I placed her there the worker ran towards me saying that I can’t be there . I told them who is going to help her to get out of there she didn’t know what to say .I can’t leave her there alone she would freak out . Also other older kids are allowed to jump there . Where is logic here ??? Then I went into the jumping area for kids under 5 ,the moment I kneeled towards her to give her toys the worker again ran towards me telling me I’m not allowed to sit 🤣 I literally wasn’t allowed to do anything, money wasted. Workers constantly stalking you there without giving you personal space . You literally feel like in jail … There are so many nice trampoline places that don’t go that strict about those rules . Definitely not a relaxing atmosphere.

The front desk girl was so sweet and tried to get us a great deal. My four girls Were so excited to go jump only to be completely targeted by super trooper Karen with the clipboard. We legit were followed around by her and told all The things we couldn’t do. My two year old was told that my 16 year old Couldn’t help her. I couldn’t believe the rudeness of this Karen. Don’t go! Don’t waste your money. This pic was taken before the Karen came!

I love the place but the bad thing is that they don't ask you for proof of covid vaccination and there are many children who go around without a mask and coughing... I didn't like that!

We always try to help the best as possible. If its mid day, we usually have guest turn in lost items. More closer to end of the while we clean up, if we do see anything out of place, we will store in our lost and found. Best to always call immediately after you've misplaced your items.
