Really nice little park. Perfect for get togethers!

Dirty and over-watched. There are people who sit and watch the kids play on the outdated splash pad. Very frequently, the water is turned off to correct the way a child is playing. If a supervisor is not present, they turn the water off until they return. It was very strange. The dry playground is also very dirty, lots of tagging on benches and play area, trash mixed in the sand. Strange they have supervisors for the splash pad but are not maintaining the dry playground or picking up litter. Would not return.

Not as good as it can be, as a caution for parents older [tweens] kids were in the tot lot area using language worse than George Carlin in his stand up routines. Looks dirty and graffiti on the equipment. Hopefully they can spruce it up. Splash is open Memorial to Labor Day

A homeless shouting woman stumbled and fell down nearby. She ended up just laying in the middle of the park the whole time I was there for lunch. Then I'm pretty sure a drug deal took place at a suped-up car parked next to my table. All-in-all not the greatest lunching spot.
