If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. 5025 looks nothing like the photos. It is managed by other college kids that know nothing about the management, it is incredibly dirty, and nothing works, or is already broken upon your move-in date. When you are finally able to get a hold of management if you have an issue, they always make you pay fines even if the issue is an old hardware they refuse to update. Lastly, there is never any parking available (especially for guests) and management does not take into account any residents well being or convenience in terms of cleanings or random inspections. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Although great location and safe , please beware of their negligence when checking out tenants at end of lease. My daughter wasn't checked out yet (she still had 2 days, kept keys and packed her belongings for us to come pick them up) when the maintenance staff emptied it , stole a few items and threw everything else in the dumpster. Management apologized , but when we filed the police report it was mentioned that this happens all the time at this building. We are now filing a small claims suit. Parents beware .

Haven’t even moved in yet and having issues. My webportal shows I have 2 documents to still sign but shows everything is signed when I check. To make sure that I am all good I tried to call the office. No one picked up. I called 9 times in a row the next day, and no one picked up. My dad email them about something else earlier in the day and they emailed him back quickly. So obviously they are in the office. This raises major concerns for me and I am not even living there yet!

my apartment & room were pretty decent when i moved in here. front desk people are nice & always willing to help. the package parcel pending lockers are so helpful to keep my packages safe for a while if i can’t get them right away. shuttle service arrives on time usually, but i wish they would hire someone for the night because a lot of people like me have night classes. apartment complex is near sdsu which is a huge plus.
