The assistant manager Ashton has been great. She always takes the time to help me whenever possible. I've been here for 21 years she is one of the best. She even came down to pickup my rent check bc I have a broken pelvis. I highly recommend her

First, ignore all the positive reviews that note the reviewer just moved in. It’s clear Lindenbrooke is offering some type of incentive for a positive review, and I’m sure these reviews will be edited in a few months’ time. I lived here for almost two and a half years and moved out mid-2021. My time here was questionable in general, but the final straw was that my ceiling repeatedly leaked my upstairs neighbor’s toilet water, and neither maintenance nor management cared to do anything about it. After it happened five or so times, they stopped coming to my apartment to even look at or paint over the damage. When I suggested they let me out of my lease early, they told me that isn’t something Lindenbrooke does, even if toilet water is repeatedly raining on their tenants’ heads. In the end, the only solution that was offered to me was to move to a different, recently renovated apartment that would cost me several hundred dollars more per month. And I don’t know about you, but I’m not particularly inclined to give more money to a company that has actively avoided solving my previous problem for months before offering a half-baked solution. If you love black mold and water damage, give Lindenbrooke a call! Otherwise, considering renting elsewhere.

My family Used to live here. A new management company came in about a year and a half or two ago and everything has gone down hill. Expenses and rent continued to rise, the pool was consistently "broken" (timing with new management), the clothes washers now require an app to use - which is interesting for senior residents. The maintenance since new management has become non existent. Pur parking lot somehow went from average-to-building size, to over-packed, requiring sometimes an interesting walk to my building. The office staff ill advised my wife on how to split a payment and it resulted in us forcibly paying almost twice the rent in electronic "penalties". The staff there does not seem to communicate well with each other and is extremely lackluster in their correspondence. I do not know why but management began terminating leases of residents, some long term. My wife spoke with some, and a couple a building down whom is handicapped and dependent, were being told to leave for an unknown reason. The best part of this management is they returned our security deposit, and we have 3 children!

Terrible complex. Forcing long term residents to either move to renovated apartment with a high rent increase or move out of complex. (Only 30-60 day notice). Dumpster usually filled by people not living onsite. Complex wants residents to pay fees for not breaking down boxes. Terrible plumbing (raw sewage issues/ mold/ not clean in storage areas). Lack of maintenance staff . Pool is almost never open.
