Love this place, they have so many different flavors, and alot better price for the money as apposed to Starbucks. Everytime I go I am so warmly greeted. If you have tmobile they do a thanks and you can get 2.00 off an item.

I’ll start by saying every time I’ve been here, the staff has been very helpful and friendly. However I was pretty unhappy with my visit today. I mobile ordered an iced tea, everything bagel with cream cheese, and sweet pepper bacon (my go-to hangover cure order). My boyfriend went in to pick it up and called me and said they were out of everything bagels- normally I wouldn’t be too upset but I NEED my Dunkin hangover breakfast!! To rectify the situation they gave me triple hash browns - they were burnt but it was a nice gesture. Sadly my drink was terrible (they are very inconsistent because I’ve gotten it here before and it’s been great) - literally no ice and WAY too much sugar. Ended up driving to the Dunkin on South Park Rd to get my bagel lol. Long story short, if you’re out of something you should really take it off the app because I could have just gone to the other Dunkin in the first place. Gas prices ain’t cheap but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do!

I will NEVER order from here again. I ordered an iced frozen coffee with mocha online. Go into the store, didn’t see my order so I go to the register. I was completely ignored by two employees, one of which was drinking at the register while talking to the other and then finally someone else assisted me. Get my drink and it was HORRIBLE. It was more chocolate syrup than coffee. Disgusting I couldn’t even finish it. I’d rather spend my kidney at Starbucks than come back here.
