I have been going there for a while now and the customer service just keeps getting worse. Went to order at the drive thru, people were yelling so loudly inside the store that I could not hear understand the person taking my order. I asked for an extra large coffee with whole milk and 3 sugars. When I went to the window I tried to explain again what I want ed and she kept interrupting me. They ended up giving me a hot coffee with extra milk.... So stupid, won't be going back there.

Only taking a star because some.kf the newer people need to be properly shown the difference between the beverages and fillings in their pastries. You know, because some of us have allergies. I think those two things should be STRESSED! As much as the mask policies around the world.

Takes way too long to order anything when you finally get to order they're extremely ignorant frustrated slam stuff around manager isn't very nice either. If your going to be unprofessional and angry about doing your job because you hate your job maybe you should just quit altogether. They should hire all new staff besides the one girl she is actually really nice also they never have any donuts

I've been here twice, once in the evening, and once this morning. I ordered a frozen coffee with caramel and the drink they gave me was the consistency of an iced coffee and not a frozen drink whatsoever. I'm not sure why this location has so much difficulty making this drink when every other Dunkin I've been to makes it just fine with no issues. Also, the first time I went both the cashier and manager on duty gave attitudes when I told them the drink was wrong.
