It would be fantastic to go to a coffee shop tell them what you want, and actually get wat you ordered. That is never the case here. Even if you explain every ingredient to them, you will never get a consistent drink. It’s very sad, very very sad, I have to come home from working all day, just to remake my coffee. Great Service Dunkin’! I’m better off making my coffee at home, i will get a perfect cup every time! 👍

No customer in the store, noone waited on me or noticed me there, the employees acted like I was bothering them. Most choices of donuts were sold out. Don't think I'll be back Oakmont Bakery is the better choice.

Waited 15 min for a sandwich when we are the only people in here. The guy burnt the sandwich 3 times and then tried to scrape the burnt off. 5 women watching one dude work. Totally incompetent

Sat at drive through for extended period of time. Drove to window and watch 4 staff members ignore the window. Bumped horn..no acknowledgement x3. Blared horn to only be told i would need to wait for a black coffee. What is happening to everyones drive to be positive and productive? Never again Duncan
