The one girl working there was so rude!! I walked in and asked if they had Apple Pay because I didn’t have my wallet and she looked at the register and rolled her eyes at me and said “ya”. I then ordered an iced coffee with almond milk and vanilla. The coffee was given to me black ! And the girl was like you want cream? I paid an extra dollar for it and no milk was in sight !!! Then my boyfriend asked for an espresso drink and the girl was like “well do you even know what that is before I make it?” UM. UR KIDDING. If you don’t want to work in customer service then don’t. There was no need to be rude. I will not be coming back! That girl is LUCKY I was the bigger person and left a tip.

First of all, a small chai latte with oat milk costed $6, I could get a large version of that at any other coffee place, secondly, it was the worst chai latte I have ever had, I had to dump it out it was disgusting, thirdly, I don’t even think they made it properly? I didn’t hear the milk being steamed and they had it out to me in like 30 seconds, which it should take around a minute and a half to make.
