We were asked if we knew what type mattress we were looking for after we were greeted when entering. We were encouraged to sit and lie on the mattresses. Rodney was very patient and kind. He answered all our questions, explained the differences in firmness, and did not pressure us at all. He let us browse and look, sit and lie on as many different styles as we needed. He checked what was in stock and when our mattresses could be delivered. He thanked us for choosing to shop with you and was very polite without being condescending. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.
