Nothing worse then Being falsely accused of shop lifting and followed around the store. Then he gets mad because he was wrong. No wonder the store has more negative reviews than positive with most of them being one.

This has to be the worst 7-Elven in Kern County! There is always a long wait time in line, today almost 15 minutes, on one customer, and they are always out of Camel Blue 99’s! Then to top it off, the clerk is holding a sleeping puppy in one hand and ringing up items with the other. What the heck is a dog doing in there in the first place, so unsanitary. Then the lady behind the counter, with food gloves on mind you, touched the dog and went back to the food prep area. Disgusting!

Over the past month I have noticed The employees (columbus street) No longer wear masks, Even though they are preparing food, making coffee, And coming into contact with hundreds of people everyday. Unfortunately Joseph (RIP) was the only employee that seemed to take face coverings serious. I only go in the mornings On my way to work so I cannot speak for the afternoon shift Workers. There is a sign on the door that Asks customersTo wear a mask as well. However, they do not enforce this At all. We are Entering the cold and flu season. Regardless of your beliefs on the coronavirus, It is a complete disregard for the public health To come into contact with so many people during the day and also be preparing food and drinks, Without wearing a mask or face covering. I used to go every single day. The past 2 weeks i have stopped and only entered if the other customers are also wearing masks, which has only been twice, but the employees NEVER wear them anymore. I don't think i will waste my time going anymore, i found a different store of a different franchise, where the employees AND customers seem to take COVID more seriously. I will miss my rewards points.
