Called for stock check on an item. Theu couldn't do it. I am not driving a hour and a half to check. All my local stores had the wrong size. The item isn't listed online even when it is heavily in-stock. So, I couldn't check that way.

We booked bath, grooming and nail trimming as a package online for $61 at Haun rd Menifee, CA . When we picked up our dog, the groomer charges us $85 for bath and grooming and another $25 for nail trimming. Total of $110. They charged us too much. Do not book online, fooling customers.

I came in and asked for a 7” cut and they charged me $45 for my dog to come out looking exactly the way he did coming in the face and legs. He literally cannot see that we’ll out of his eyes because so much hair is still there . When I take my dog to the groomers I expect them to look at least near and better than how I left them, not worse ! They literally JUST shaved his back with a raser ! I could’ve done that myself and saved my $45
