Absolutely horrid service got hung up on by the manager Diana and then threatened by Jennifer because I called back and ask for the manager name. They are ghetto and run by little kids that need training in customer service.

PASSPORT PHOTOS DID NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS TWICE AND REFUSED TO REFUND THE FUNDS. Even though, they have a sign that clearly states they will meet all passport photo requirements. Hopefully they improve customer satisfaction. There’s a Postal Annex down the street with better service.

They told me to put my package in a bin by the door, I did so then later discovered through one of their staff on the phone that the bin she told me to place my box in was for the post office not UPS like it was supposed to be shipped through. Now I missed the deadline to return my item since the post office rejected the package and sent it back to my home. I’m out $90 because they can’t correctly figure out bins.

My printer at home broke so I went into this UPS to get a few copies of my resume and some interview material printed. Copies came out perfect and used them during the interview and got the job! The front desk ladies were extremely helpful and got me out in less 10 minutes. It wasn't super busy, so the wait was not that bad. Thank you Menifee UPS!
