All nice and clean until some lady yells at everyone about the signs

Clean station with plenty of parking. Schedules are posted on the board, buy your tickets on the automatic machines, accepts credit cards and cash. It gets cold at night in winter time. No Amtrak stop here. The library, restaurants, bars and the beach are within walking distance.

Small, unmanned, Coaster & Amtrak station, the station is nice, along with free parking. The station has some Amtrak Service, Coaster Service, and Bus service. Advisory! Don't stay at the station too late, as the bathrooms close and a few rowdy homeless people come out. Other than that, it's a great station...

Easy train station with lots of parking. Everything is automated, so make sure you know what you're buying when your show up. I believe it's just the Coaster, so no Amtrak trains.

No
The easiest way is on the Coaster. 3 stops away from the Encinitas station and roughly $7. Ticket can be purchased at station
Sorry, not directly. The Coaster only runs between Oceanside and San Diego. Try the Metrolink or Amtrak websites, as I believe those trains would get you there from San Diego.
If you take the Amtrak Surfliner yes, or take the Coaster up to Oceanside, then get on board a Metrolink and take it too San Clemente.
There's a monthly pass. It is $120 for 2 zones (Encinitas to Carlsbad), $150 for 3 zones (to Sorrento Valley or Old Town). About $5.50/day.
No. There aren't any lockers for backpacks. It's not a real train station... just a stop. You may be able to check it at a nearby hotel, though.
You will have to take a bus, Uber, Lift, taxi, or walk (Quite a bit of a trek - a few miles), to the train station from the airport. The closest station to the airport would be Old Town, next Santa Fe. Then once on the train (called the Coaster because it goes up and down the coast), you can take it all the way to Encinitas without having to get off and transfer.
Have a Coaster train take you there.
Yes. Also the lot to the South across D street is overnight parking
You need get off at Santa Fe Depot, 2 minutes walk to Broadway & Kettner Blvd, take bus 992. 10 ~ 15 minutes to get to the airport.
No. You need get off at old town station and take bus 28 to get there.
You can walk to Moonlight beach from the station. Highway is on the other side of the station.
